AMSIMR Institute celebrated Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit on 26th January 2026, beginning at 8:15 AM. The programme commenced at the Institute Entrance with the Flag Hoisting ceremony, followed by the National Anthem, creating a solemn and respectful atmosphere.

The celebration then moved to the Seminar Hall on the 3rd Floor, where the programme formally began with an opening address by Iram Ma’am. She highlighted the significance of Republic Day and the values enshrined in the Constitution of India.

This was followed by a speech by Sajid (SY), who spoke about the importance of democracy, equality, and responsible citizenship. A group song performed by FY students added a patriotic and cultural touch, filling the hall with enthusiasm. Next, Menika (FY) delivered a thoughtful speech in Hindi reflecting on the importance of self-reliance through discipline in the digital world. The cultural segment continued with a duet song by Lobo Sir and Shahid Sir, which was very well
appreciated by the audience.

Further, Nikita (FY) and Omkar (SY) presented inspiring speeches focusing on constitutional values and the responsibilities of young citizens. The programme concluded with a lively group dance by FY students, showcasing energy, coordination, and patriotic expression. The celebration ended on a pleasant note with refreshments served at the Institute Canteen, allowing students, faculty, and staff to interact and share the spirit of the occasion.
