Dr J K Sachdeva, is world renowned development economist and management scientist. By qualification he is Ph.D in Development Studies, MBA (Finance), and PGDMM, He worked with Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi in various capacities for 26 ½ years. He is a seasoned administrator and experienced teacher in subjects like Operation Research, Quantitative models in finance and marketing, Decision Analysis, Research Methodology, Finance, Business law and Customs operations. He has authored 13 books and 24 research papers on marketing, finance and HR. His book ‘BUSINESS RESEARCH METHODOLOGY’ published by Himalaya Publishing House is very famous among management institutes and young researchers not only in India but also abroad. His research papers have been published in National and International journals. He has chaired many international conferences.
He came in line with world class economists when he presented his paper in 4th International Symposium of Economic Theory and Application, held at Athens, Greece in August, 2009. His contribution at Asian Conference of Social Sciences held at Osaka, Japan during June 2010 added new dimensions in international trade research. For him it was an honour to be present and share views with world class educationist and faculty development scientists at National University of Tainan (NUTN), Tainan, Taiwan during 24-25 March, 2011. He is Ph.D guide/Panellist with seven universities in India and 23 Ph D scholars from various universities are working under his guidance. He is Editor-in Chief of international journals, Journal of Global Economy (ISSN 0975-3031).
