Aruna Manharlal Shah Institute of Management and Research celebrated the birth anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar with great respect and enthusiasm on 13 April 2026 within the college premises.
The event commenced with an inspiring address by the Director, Dr. Iram Shaikh Ma’am, who highlighted the life, struggles, and remarkable contributions of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. She emphasized his role as the chief architect of the Indian Constitution and his relentless efforts towards social justice, equality, and empowerment of marginalized communities. Her speech set a thoughtful and reflective tone for the event.
Following the inaugural address, a series of student- entric literary activities were conducted to encourage expression and deeper understanding of Dr.
Ambedkar’s ideals. Students actively participated in elocution, poem writing, and story writing competitions, presenting insightful perspectives on his invaluable contributions to Indian society.
The participants showcased creativity, awareness, and admiration for Dr. Ambedkar’s vision of an inclusive and progressive nation.
