The Institute in collaboration with Govind Dairy ltd had organized a 5 day field exposure to our students, from 28th April 2023 -02nd May ‘2023

Our students had a 1st hand experience of getting exposed to the real situation of how the practices of the Industry are , specific knowledge needed and everyday challenges that a job requires. They had an opportunity to getting trained and learning about various topics from the company persons themselves,

They got to know the know the demands of the job which otherwise they would only have read about and this gave them a chance to try the tasks themselves, it provided them the opportunity to interact with various types of prospects , customers , and got to know how to handle them , how to understand their needs and ways to handle them to provide a satisfying solution .

It thus gave them an experience to know and help in getting an idea to shape their future

Business Model Canvas

Objective

The main objective of this program is to know the why Business Model Canvas is Important, What is the concept of Canvas.

Speaker Profile:

  • A young , dynamic and vibrant graduate in MMS Finance with excellent understanding of
    the financial world.
  • Has been associated with premium organizations like CRISIL, ICRA
  • Has done extensive Research & Business Development in Cement and Consumer Durable
    sectors.

He boosted the confidence of all the attendees with his interactive presentation and encouraged them not be fearful and go ahead with their business idea by utilizing the Business model canvas framework.

The National Technology Day

Objective

The main purpose of the day was to recognize scientific and technological achievements.

Key Learning:

  • The National Technology day was observed in our Institute , the speaker for the event was Mr.
    C.Jagdishan a professional veteran who has been associated with various MNCs , then on with
    renowned management institutes and has seen decades of transition in development of our Nation.
  • Dr. Iram Shaikh – Director of the Institute welcomed Mr Jagdishan then an acknowledgement was recognised for those scientists, engineers, and technologists who contributed to the success of the Pokhran test on 11 May 1999 and in whose honor the day is celebrated.
  • After that Mr. Jagdishan went to talk about the changes in technology which have taken place in India since he started his professional experience in the 1960’s.
  • An example of how time consuming it was to make a sales report during his days and how things have changed today , just on a click of a button on the smartphone through an app the person today can upload a report anywhere and anytime . This is the ease nowadays for the youngsters who have their life relatively made easy by technology , recent developments like AI, ChatGPT etc were also discussed .

The event threw a light on the role technology has in any walk of life today and the event ended with the Director – Dr. Iram Shaikh Mam giving a vote of thanks

Workshop On ‘How To Plan Start Up and legal ,ethics steps’

Objective

The main objective of this program is to sensitize the faculty members, researchers and students about the concept of Start up plan. To know the legal steps for startup and also awareness of ethics.
