Aruna Manharlal Shah Institute of Management & Research (AMSIMR) organized a seminar on “Lean Start-up & Minimum Viable Business”. The event was conducted on 25 th August, 2025 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. The objective of the seminar was to acquaint students with the concepts of creating a minimal viable business and lean start-up technique. The resource person focused on how would-be business owners can reduce risks, test their concepts effectively, and grow their enterprises with less funding.
With case discussions and real-world examples, the highly engaging workshop assisted students in connecting abstract ideas to real-world uses. Additionally,
students asked questions about market validation, start-up finance, and customer-centric product development, all of which the speaker thoroughly addressed.
