Health is wealth. There is nothing in our life that is more valuable than good health. We cannot have happiness, peace and success without good health. A person with bad health cannot enjoy the pleasure of being wealthy. Health is more valuable than money. Money cannot buy health and happiness. But a healthy person remains in a state of bliss and happiness.
Our health depends upon several factors such as food, pollution, sleeping habits, mental condition, air, water and sunlight. Morning walks and physical exercises are very helpful for the fitness of our mind and body. When we are not of sound health, it robs us of sound sleep and appetite. Life becomes a burden for an ailing person. Life has little charm for him.
But a healthy person enjoys his life, doesn’t get tired and enjoys good food and sound sleep. The world is beautiful for him and life is full of joy. He sings the glory of life and works hard to realise his dreams. He is always happy and cheerful. He may be poor and may have to work very hard to earn his living, but even the richest man would envy him for his good health.

We need to ensure that our body is healthy for which exercise and proper diet are the best ways. But many people would consider the condition of their physical being as only important and overlook their stressed minds.

Very few individuals take time out to care for themselves in their busy lifestyles and schedules. However, taking care of ourselves is the best way of ensuring that we live a long healthy life both physically and mentally. In our individual interest and in the interest of our family members, we need to allocate time and other resources to maintain good health to enjoy life.
