Objective: To enable students to understand the process of Group Discussion as an important stage of recruitment.
The Do’s and Don’ts of Group Discussion were verified from the students and subsequently were rectified by the trainer. The students gained knowledge on acquiring points, initiating the discussion, entering the discussion and concluding it. Three rounds of Group Discussion were conducted with comments by the trainer.
