“Lean Start-up & Minimum Viable Product / Business”
The speaker for the session was Dr Pruthviraj Desai who touched upon the topic in a very simplified way , he explained the areas which are needed for the beginning of the start up and why they are important as one thinks to begin his journey on the track of entrepreneurship . He cited various real time examples to make the students understand the determination needed, the will needed , the hurdles which an entrepreneur will face during the journey and how to face them. He specifically stressed upon the need of innovation & costing in today’s business and how it can do wonders to a business and thus stay ahead of its competition.
