In regards to the experience with our Institute’s 2022-24 batch students , our Institute this year as well in collaboration with Govind Dairy ltd had organised a 5 day field exposure to our students, from 12 th Oct to 16th Oct ‘2023 for the new batch 2023-25.
The students had a 1st hand experience of getting exposed to the real situation of how the practices of the Industry are , specific knowledge needed and everyday challenges that a job requires.
They had an opportunity to get trained and learn about various skills needed for a professional from the company personnel themselves.
They get to know the demands of the job which otherwise they have a theoretical knowledge of. This event also gave them a chance to try the tasks themselves, it provided them the opportunity to interact with various types of prospects , customers , and get to know how to handle them , how to understand their needs and ways to handle them to provide a satisfying solution to it.
The students were highly satisfied with the learning provided by this event.
